Position- Design Co-Ordinator
Location- Cork Office
Position- Permanent
Job Description
• Liaising with Design Teams, Site Teams, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Co-ordinating Design Teams.
• Track the progress and managing the quality of work being performed by Design Teams.
• Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the Clients and Developers requirements.
• Reviewing drawings.
• Reviewing construction methods and proposing new methods.
• Challenge assumptions and design ideas and develop solutions.
• Value Engineering.
• Compiling & reviewing Technical Submittal Packs.
• Attending Site Meetings and Design Team meetings.
• Quality Control - Ensuring all work is fully documented to a high standard
• Uploading of documents onto company database.
• Reviewing BIM models to extract information.
• Maintaining Tracking Logs of Works to be/being carried out.
• Maintain and updating project reports.
• Ensuring that the design is as per the clients requirements/ E.R’s
