We are a construction company with one of our offices based in Cork City that specialise in External Facades with Light Gauge steel frames etc.

We were the largest provider of these LGSF Systems in Ireland pre-crash in 2008 and now focus our entire workload in UK, mainly London and the South West.

I am enquiring to see if you have any suitable students in the region that are looking for suitable work as an Architectural Technologist, past graduates or final year candidates and proficient with Revit/BIM.

Preferably again some within a reasonable commute of Cork City as that is where the role will be based.

The job description listed below also please see attached:

o        Carrying out all stages of design in relation to Light Gauge Steel Facade systems
o        Learn to locate source drawings on 4P and project sites and issue requests for information if not available through RFI’s.
o        Interpreting structural/architectural working drawings to develop Cad/Revit/BIM design layouts.
o        Work with In house Designers/Structural Engineers to develop job specific construction details.
o        Liaise with Clients, Architects, Main Contractors in delivering design in line with building regulations, structural requirements, building services requirements and specification requirements.
o        Developing drawings and issuing to Design Manager for approval before issuing to Project team for approval etc
o        Co-ordinating and issuing Construction status drawings to the relevant site team
o        Estimating material quantities/sizes for delivery onsite.
o        Preparing O&M Manuals and issuing to the relevant clients at the end of each project.
